Our Electronic Media Claims software is designed specifically for healthcare information systems that utilize the IBM® iSeries (AS/400) platform. The software resides on the AS/400 along with the healthcare information system.

Electronic Media Claims software allows hospital and physician claim detail to be collected from an existing patient information system and loaded into an extensive database on the AS/400. The claim information can then be edited, modified, and formatted into NSF, proprietary, or ANSI X12 837 compatible files for submission to electronic trading partners. If desired, the Claims System may interface to the 3M™ Claim Scrubber.

Extensive notes and comments may be posted to the database for each record. Additionally, the system includes a reporting module with multiple selection criteria. Hard Copy print of UB 92s and/or 1500s for any group of claims is a standard report function.
