Consolidated Statement
| The
Multi Visit Patient Statement Product offers the ability to
create a single patient statement containing all of a patient's
visits that are billed to one guarantor. The single statement
is patient-friendly and can be tailored to meet the needs of
the institution through profiles and parameter cards. The statement
summarizes financial activity across all visits and provides
a "Total Amount Now Due" patient balance, encouraging
the guarantor to pay his entire balance. |

product also offers automatic batch and/or online payment allocation
so that a single payment can be allocated automatically across
all associated visits, with override capabilities possible.
Memos are posted and reports are created providing audit trails
for all of the above processes. |
